How do I get started?
Create a club and player profiles. Build your fine catalog or use the football template in the app. You can then assign fines and track their payment status.
What is free and what requires Pro?
The free plan includes one club and up to five players. Pro offers unlimited players, multiple clubs and PDF/CSV exports. Current prices are shown in the App Store.
Who needs an account?
A player profile does not need a separate player account. You can invite additional administrators and members with read-only access.
Can I pay a fine inside the app?
Payments happen outside ClubFines. An administrator checks receipt and marks the fine as paid afterwards.
How do I manage my subscription?
On iPhone, Apple subscriptions are under Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can check and manage your ClubFines subscription there.
How do I report a problem?
Email the app version, iOS version and a short description of the steps that trigger the issue. Please do not send passwords or players’ personal data.
