Agree your team rules
At the start of the season, agree rules for training, match days and team duties. Start from the football template in the app and adapt the entries and amounts.

Choose a player, record a fine
Forgotten kit-washing duty? Choose the player and the agreed fine. The amount, date and payment status stay with the entry.

Keep unpaid fines visible
Before the next match, see which amounts are still outstanding. Once money has been collected separately, mark the fine as paid.

Keep the overview, even when you share the job.
The captain records a fine; the treasurer checks its payment status later. Invite other administrators to share the work. Members with read-only access can see the overview.
Organise fines by season and refer back to earlier results when needed. Your records remain clear when someone new takes over.

Is ClubFines free?
Start free with one club and up to five players. Pro includes unlimited players, multiple clubs and PDF/CSV exports. Current prices are available in the App Store.
Does every player need an account?
No. You can manage player profiles without separate player accounts. Invite additional administrators to share the work and give members read-only access to the overview.
Can we use our own rules and amounts?
Yes. Adapt categories, offences and amounts to your team. Sport-specific examples are suggestions for your own agreements, not official governing-body fines.
Does the app process payments?
No. Collect money separately, for example in cash or by bank transfer. ClubFines records fines and their payment status.
Is there an Android or web version?
ClubFines is an iPhone app. This website provides information and free templates, but does not manage your in-app club data.
Can I record general income and expenses?
ClubFines tracks team fines and their payment status. Use a separate cashbook or the spreadsheet on this website for a full balance including other income and expenses.
What happens at the end of a season?
Organise fines by season and look back at earlier results and your team leaderboard. Pro includes PDF and CSV exports to help with handovers.
